Smart Preparation for Saudi Schools

This alternative system replaces fingerprint and other preparation systems. It includes features such as student preparation, teacher preparation, certificate sending, student counselor tools, problem list submission, and analysis of international test results.
With Smart Preparation, Saudi school students can check their attendance status and whether they are allowed to attend. The system provides student information including name and photo, and generates a barcode and a special card for each student. It also offers statistics on affected cases and different conditions, and supports the national ID card for students.
Teachers can also use Smart Preparation to generate reports on attendance, absence, and tardiness. Attendance notifications can be sent to parents via SMS or WhatsApp. The system also integrates with the Nour system for absence management.
Smart Preparation is accessible through the teacher's or supervisor's mobile device, barcode scanner, computer camera, or manual entry using the ID number. It also supports teachers by providing attendance and absence reports, and enables direct sending of certificates to parents within a minute.
The system is connected to Tawakkalna for data updates, allowing school administrators to update data from their personal devices without exposing anyone's information.
